3. Connect to the Internet - A Verizon Wi-Fi Connect alert message will appear on the screen of the laptop once the hotspot is established. Enter username and password, and enjoy wireless Internet service. Remember to stay close to the hotspot – about 150 feet – to keep the wireless connection.
